Osmo Maintenance Oil is a clear, fast drying finish, and available in Matt,Satin & White. White transparent for floors finished with one of Osmo's white oils. Maintenance Oil is especially recommended for high traffic areas such as restaurants and cafes etc.

Additional Advice:

While this is an Osmo product, it is possible to use it over other oil and wax floor finishes, however a trial application is essential to determine suitability.

Maintenance Oil is a renovation product. It's timely use can prevent major sanding and renovation work. However, if the existing surface is raw or badly worn, it should be sanded and finished with one of the Osmo Polyx®-Oils, rather than use Maintenance Oil.

A trial is always recommended first to determine suitability.
